Unfortunately we do not offer personalised samples. If you wish to purchase a non-personalised sample which will show you the paper and print quality, please select this from our drop down menus within each design page. You can order a single invitation with envelope, or a sample pack which includes an invitation, RSVP, Save The Date,Table Number and envelope.
We aim to dispatch your wedding stationery within 1 weeks of receiving proof confirmation - this is where we have received and applied your final wording and requests to your chosen design and we send you a digital proof. Once we have amended any adjustments after this proof confirmation, your order will be prepared and printed. Delivery date will be given once the order has been sent to print. Please note that we will amend and provide up to two digital proofs. Any adjustments that you wish to make after receiving a second proof will be subject to a £25 Charge.
There is a minimum order of 25 for Invitations, Information Cards, Save The Date cards and RSVP cards. Our table numbers come in packs of 1-10 and 1-20. We offer extra stationery items e.g. menus, Order of Services, thank you cards etc., which are not currently on our website. If you are interested in ordering any of these additional items, please email us for a minimum order and cost quotation.
We do not charge you for standard UK delivery, however if you wish to have your order sent by Recorded Delivery then this will cost extra depending on the weight. You will be quoted the price for these delivery options upon checkout.
We offer 100gsm white or kraft envelopes which can be purchased at the same time as ordering your stationery. Our RSVP cards come in a postcard format so no envelope is needed - we put your address on the reverse and all your guests need to do is add the stamp and then post them. If you wish to have enveloped RSVP cards, please email us to arrange this before placing any orders. Different coloured envelopes are also available on request, as are pocketfold envelopes, please email us to discuss the options.
Our designs are printed on either 340gsm smooth card or 300gsm lightly textured Italian gesso card - all FSC approved. We have carefully chosen which card stock is most suited to each design and so we do not offer a choice with this as we really believe that we have chosen the stock that best compliments the design and imagery for maximum impact. If you would like to see the quality of card stock, you can order a sample in any design set, and if you have your heart set on a different card stock other than the one we provide, please contact us to see if we can help.
We do not and will never use stock imagery on our customisable or bespoke stationery. Our images are completely hand-created by our illustrator Layla, using paints, inks and paper-cutting techniques, and then scanned for designing with. We want to offer our clients high-quality genuine and unique designs that you won’t find elsewhere.
It is recommended to have one invitation/Save The Date/RSVP per couple/household. We highly advise that you order between 5-10 spare invitations, just in case any more are needed!
It’s completely up to you! Most couples send their Save The Date cards 12-18 months before the wedding day and at that stage you may not have all of the small details that you’d include on a wedding invite. Therefore Save The Dates are advisable as they give your guests plenty of time to keep your special date free or to book time off for it. Including RSVPs are a nice touch and help to encourage guests to respond. All of our RSVP cards are available as a postcard format which not only saves paper waste without the need for envelopes but are a quick and easy reply card that just need guest names, a tick and a stamp. We will even add your address on the reverse!
Yes we do! Although they are not all currently listed on our website. We can produce menus, order of services, evening invitations, place cards or thank you cards, to match each design. If you require any extra stationery, please email us for quotations.
There is an opportunity to provide details when you checkout, including the names of the happy couple, details of your venue(s), and the date and time of your wedding. Once we have received your order we will email you to discuss your wording. Customising the designs with your names, wedding date, time and venue details is straightforward, and whilst we are happy to try and accommodate anything additional you wish to add that isn’t included on our samples, please be aware that a lot of our stationery designs come with a word limit to prevent the stationery designs being compromised. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the text is spelled correctly and that the details are all accurate without anything missing, as this is the text that we will use.
Guest information cards are great for giving your guests thorough location, travel and accommodation details alongside any notes on gift giving, dress code, child guests etc. To save paper wastage, we offer the option of double-sided invitations that have your invite design on the front and all of your guest information on the reverse. This excludes a few of our designs that are already double-sided with a front design and reverse invitation details. Alternatively, you can order your guest information card separately from your invite, or you can just order your invites.
Each design suite comes with a font set that our designers have selected to best compliment the theme and imagery of the invitation. As such we do not offer a choice of fonts. However, if you have a specific font in mind, or you would like to change the colour of the font, then please email us to discuss the possibility of customising the stationery before placing an order and we will do our best to help.
At the moment, the majority of our designs come in fixed colours only. This is because each element of imagery has originally been hand-crafted in either paint, ink or cut paper, rather than using clip-art or computer generated imagery. Changing the colours on our imagery in Photoshop doesn’t always work out so well and can really lower the quality, so we have kept the original colours. Some of our designs do come with colour options and we will be offering more of these designs in the near future. Changing the colours of the fonts may be an option, although each colour has been chosen to compliment the overall theme and we do advise sticking with that! However we understand that sometimes a different colour is preferred and so we are happy to try accommodate where we can - please email us about this if you would like to discuss changing the colour of the font before placing any orders.

We do! We can work with you to create the perfect stationery set for your magical day. We can also create bespoke hand-made cards and art pieces that make fantastic, unique and thoughtful gifts for couples, family, friends, bridesmaids etc, as well as table place cards, table plans, signs and so on. Once you have confirmed your proofs and the wedding stationery has been sent to print, we cannot accept returns unless your items are faulty. We do not offer refunds but if you are unhappy with your order we will endeavour to amend any issues. If there is a cancellation before you receive your stationery, we will refund any items that have not been confirmed by proofs and sent to print up to that point. This will be up to a maximum of 75% order value.
Each order is customised and worked on individually by our team, so if you wish to cancel before you have approved your proofs then you will be charged 25% of your order value and refunded the remaining value of your order total.
